Part 2 Questions
- What are thing that you actually miss from your old normal.
From this activities, first I missed the 2km running, which I cannot go out with current status. Second, my plant record got worse than first time. I believe not able to go out often decreased my muscle capability in general terms. Last, I was not able to do side-hops, because of my neighbor’s complains.
2. What parts of your old normal are you coming to realize that you don’t really miss, or only miss a bit?
I did not miss my wall planks. The record is good as always. In addition, my push-ups record got slightly less than before however, there is no significant impact to decrease the overall capability. I certainly miss daily portion of workout, but basic amount of workouts are still in my daily routine.
3. As things return to normal, how can you bring you back the things you do miss with as little of the things you do not miss as possible?
With current situation, I do not have any idea because public spaces are restricted and prohibited. Only thing I can do is to maintain my current status, doing basic workouts, such as push-ups, sit-ups, dumbbells, etc.
4.What can you do right now, in a practical sense, to make those changes into your new normal?
From now, maintaining my daily workouts, meal balance and sleeping hours are optimal solutions. If things go back to normal, going back to school will certainly bring back my normal physical capacity.
