Part 2

  1. How does your exercise program fit into your weekly schedule?

It did not fit during weekdays, since I am currently passing mid-term exam week. Even weekends, I was barely able to do due to lack of spare time.

2. Comment on how easy or hard it is to find the time to exercise.

Since I am currently in mid-term exam period, it was difficult to put training time between study and rest. Consequently, I was able to do only one workout session this week.

3. What are your stress levels before and after exercise?

Before training, I had mid level stresses because I knew that my body does not have enough endurance and strength to do the task within the limited time. After the training, stress level stays constant due to the fact that I was not able to finish the whole workout session within 15 min.

4. What was your nutritional habit change that you chose to do for the week? Did you follow it consistently?

My plan is to eat various food consistently and having 3 meals per day. However, since I do not have enough time, nor enough sleep, I occasionally have only 2 meals per day (I miss either breakfast, either lunch). Consequently, I was not able to completely follow my plan.

5. Identify what will be your next nutritional goal to add, keeping your Week 1 nutritional change as well, to try to make it a habit.

My nutritional goal would be eating less carbs and more fiber, proteins and fats and having 3 meals per day.
