Week 9

Dumbbell weight is 20 + 2.5lbs (weight + handle). 3 sets of 5 reps each side (total 30).
Triceps lift training 10 + 2.5lbs. 3 sets of 10 reps.
Abdominal workouts are 3 sets of 10 reps.
Push-ups are expected to be 3 sets of 10 reps, but ended having 23 reps.

Due to the complain from neighbors, lock down of local gyms, I was able to do only personal training.
